Cardio- Ball Tone- The ultimate cardio and strength workout to boost your metabolism and improve overall fitness. This 75 minute combination class works every energy system in the body to leave you exhausted, yet begging for more! Choregraphed STEP combos, then strength moves to wrap things up.
Cardio Kettlebell Conditioning- The kettlebell is a tool that can help strengthen the entire body, not just isolating one part at a time. The kettlebell moves around the body and teaches one to stabilize the body around the kettlebell.
Children's Yoga- Truly a gift to any child, this playful yoga class helps children develop coordination, balance, and body awareness. This is an awesome class to help your children develop a positive attitude toward fitness while learning basic yoga poses. Instructor, Miss Pam, uses kid friendly cues, stories and visualizations to help your child smile from the inside out.

Dances are repeated several times, so there's plenty of opportunity to practice. Join in and dance your way to fitness.
Form and Function- A total-body conditioning focusing on movements more representative of those in everyday life. Increase your strength, and balance while increasing your longevity and overall energy.
Group Cycle- Meet in the spinning room for a ride towards better health. Creative instructors guide you through hill climbs, sprints, steady rides, and various cycling techniques. Be ready to sweat! This is a top-notch cardio calorie-burner for anyone. Newcommers- Please arrive a little early and ask the instructor how to adjust your bike for your body to ensure safety and comfort.
Impact Fitness- No whinners or wimps allowed! This is a military-style workout where anything goes. Push-ups, sit-ups, running, and fill-body strength movements are often used. This is an intense class and not appropriate for beginners or anyone with pre-existing injuries.
